Support enquiries

SteadHelp collects your name, contact details, preferred contact method and time, the kind of support requested, your relationship to the person receiving support, their general area, and your preferred schedule. Please do not submit medical records, identity documents, financial information, detailed health histories, or another person's name or contact details through this initial enquiry.

Nothing is submitted until you choose to send your enquiry and actively consent. We use these details to respond to your request and discuss suitability and availability, not for marketing. We record the consent wording version and the time your enquiry is received.

Storage and access

Enquiries are stored privately in Lovable Cloud. Visitors cannot view, change or delete stored enquiries through the website. Access is limited to authorised people managing SteadHelp's enquiries and the service providers needed to operate this storage.

Your choices

You can request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry, or withdraw your consent to further contact, by calling 08107499355. We may need to verify that the enquiry belongs to you before acting on a request. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.

Enquiries should be kept only for as long as needed to manage the request and meet applicable obligations. A formal retention period and any separate service-related privacy terms will be confirmed before launch.

Personal information is never placed in public URLs or sent to analytics tools.
